Tips To Do Home Hair Care

Avoid over-washing and don’t use hair dryer everyday

Over washing will make the hair dry and brittle. Whenever possible, allow your hair to dry naturally.

Deep conditioning treatment

Give your hair a deep conditioning treatment once a week. For this, you can make a mixture using an egg and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Proper hair treatment

Don't apply shampoo directly to the roots. Begin from the nape and then work it through the rest of your hair. Apply conditioner uniformly through your hair and Use a comb to spread the conditioner evenly through your hair. Avoid twisting of wet hair. Try to avoid wrapping your hair in a towel and leaving it twisted up on your head for long. It can damage your hair. When hair is wet, do not comb it. This may reason hair breakage as it becomes very weak during this time.

Weekly conditioning hair pack

It can be made by mixing henna with egg. Leave this over night in an iron vessel. On clean hair, apply this paste in the morning. For natural conditioning, leave it for half an hour. Then wash hair with your usual shampoo.
A good hair massage is necessary

Before washing, a good hair massage is necessary. Massage in warm olive oil or coconut oil and leave for 30-40 minutes before washing. Regular massage with castor oil as a hair oil helps the luxuriant growth of the hair.
Do not use very hot water to wash your hair

Always use lukewarm water. If you use coconut milk on your scalp regularly, it will make your hair silky and also improve its growth.
