Beauty Tip: Naturally Beautiful Skin

Same old same! Sorry folks, what you take in will reflect on the outside. So, drink those 8 glasses of water every day, eat those healthy foods, fruits and veggies good for skin (apple, beetroot, carrot, spinach, strawberry, tomato etc) and finally, let's not forget the dreaded exercise. At least twice a week. Cheers!
