Frills and Ruffles

Frills and ruffles do have the tendency to make one bigger, so they should be worn with caution. I am fascinated however how these designers boldly pull frills and ruffles on the catwalk. In the first picture, my favourite look is the yellow dress. In the second pic, I love the black dress with the dramatic collar.
